Ekaroa is home to a population of many unearthly creatures. The main inhabitants being almost exact replicas of humans. Except for their large bird-like wings and robotic body additions. Hundreds of years ago, Ekaroa was attacked by a species of robot-like aliens. Deemed 'Shiners' for their shiny metallic skin. These creatures, equipped for a war the Wind Riders had not anticipated, quickly took over the planet and culled anyone who got in their way. They farmed the planets resources and started building civilization over the lives of the previous species. Now driven into large, hidden, underground camps, the few remaining Wind Riders have built teams for their camps to go out and collect resources.
     Quillian Rose Fetherburg, Quill to friends, is on the resource team for her nest. When one mission goes badly, she finally decides to try and escape her planet with her friend, Asher. What will happen on her journey? Who will she meet? Will she even make it?

Humans and their allies struck back with super ships of their own--flying juggernauts and leviathans armed with the most advanced technology and weapons--all to push back the gargantuan force. I'm an artist with words, not book covers... Android Captain Lancieta Steegle, and an engineer from Earth named Mannie end up relying on each other for more than survival when a war is thrust onto the people of Earth. In a desperate attempt to deal some kind of blow to the Halgred, the Andromedian collective okayed a Shadow Operation to attack the Halgred Homeworld. The weapon was illegal, a bio-weapon designed to sterilize and weaken their almost otherworldly physiology. When this weapon is instead redirected to Earth by the Halgred King, Draconisis, those whom survive undergo a change. As they wake up, the people of Earth are greeted by horror of their new animalistic physiology, and for some, unimaginable abilities. The 20 or so surviving Androids of the once thousands-strong crew of the Dreadnought-Class battleship do their best to make amends and help the humans of Earth adjust to their new Bestial Planet and the even more dangerous intergalactic community. This story is "Complete" as in the last chapter was written and it's gone through about 3 re-writes and 4 rounds of editing since. Very few stories are ever finished, as we know, because there's always something we think can be or should be changed. However, I've learned that the best I can do is get it to the point where I feel comfortable with someone else reading it. Otherwise I'd never have posted anything anywhere.
