This is my one-shot take on a scene from episode 19 of one of my all time fave Turkish series, Erkenci Kus.
Can and Sanem got stuck in the elevator got into a heated argument that stayed heated even after they got out. This is what happened on the morning after.

My Sweet Trouble (Can and Sanem AU)
Sanem is a new detective trying to prove herself to her captain and department. Can is a world traveler and photographer who tries to help his best friend Metin, a lawyer who is working on exposing a major illegal arms deal involving some of Istanbul's highest officials. While trying to expose one of the biggest political scandal in Turkey, Can is framed for homicide. Sanem is given the case to gather evidence for an apparently guilty suspect. Once Can and Sanem's worlds collide, nothing will ever be the same again. This is an AU story of Erkenci Kus.The characters are not exactly the same as the show but certain aspects of their personalities are kept. NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH ERKENCI KUS
This is a different type of Erkenci Kus story. The characters are familiar, but their interaction has changed from the series, and quirky funny things happen. I have read one story where Sanem had special powers and she will have different ones in this version. There is a difference from the other version. I hope this will be a fun filled story. I apologize if any details are similar to any other story. I try hard to write from my imagination only, except of course ideas from the series. I have no affiliation to Erkenci Kus, the cast, or anyone else involved with the series. I am just a fan, only. Please overlook, any mistakes, long drawn out sentences, or misspellings. Sanem Aydin is living her dream life in Paris, as she is about to graduate from college with the intention of starting a company and launching her own line of perfumes. This is an AU of the Turkish show Erkenci Kus. A show that has the two most chemistry filled leading couple I have ever seen in a show/movie. In this version Sanem has to leave her home and her family after finding herself in a heap of trouble with some unsavory characters. With the help of Aziz, an agent with the National Intelligence Organization, she moves to a small town where no one knows who she is to start a new life. Sanem tries to accept the fact that her old life is over and she may never be truly happy again. That is until she meets Can Divit.

Erkenci Kuş: Broken Promises
Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!Concluída

This is my version of Erkenci Kus from episode 1 through whenever their story is concluded. I felt each episode needed tweaked a little. They made Sanem weak and vulnerable. She is a strong and witty woman. She may be young and naive, but she isn't stupid.Concluída
