This is my one-shot take on a scene from episode 19 of one of my all time fave Turkish series, Erkenci Kus.


Can and Sanem got stuck in the elevator got into a heated argument that stayed heated even after they got out. This is what happened on the morning after.

While trying to expose one of the biggest political scandal in Turkey, Can is framed for homicide. Sanem is given the case to gather evidence for an apparently guilty suspect. Once Can and Sanem's worlds collide, nothing will ever be the same again. This is an AU story of Erkenci Kus.The characters are not exactly the same as the show but certain aspects of their personalities are kept. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I am enjoying writing this story. Major Disclamer: I don't know much about Turkish politics or arms deals except for some research online and common sense.

This is a different type of Erkenci Kus story. The characters are familiar, but their interaction has changed from the series, and quirky funny things happen. I have read one story where Sanem had special powers and she will have different ones in this version. There is a difference from the other version. I hope this will be a fun filled story. I apologize if any details are similar to any other story. I try hard to write from my imagination only, except of course ideas from the series. I have no affiliation to Erkenci Kus, the cast, or anyone else involved with the series. I am just a fan, only. Please overlook, any mistakes, long drawn out sentences, or misspellings. In addition, I am learning as I go. I recently learned how to add photos and I hope it will work! Thank you for reading and stay well and safe during our new normal. This is my take on episodes 29, 30, etc. and the Fabri, perfume, Can in jail farce. I could not stand Can's attitude at the hut, his attitude was that of a spoiled brat, his yelling at Sanem in front of Polen, and her smirking. I could not stand Polen from her first introduction. My interpretation of this story does not include Can's memory loss, leaving for a year, or Sanem acting so childish. I will make Huma pay for her interference, but still working on that idea. I also did not like Emre getting off so easily. He needs to repent a little more. I thought Aziz was made out to be simple minded, when he had started and built a multimillion dollar business. He was not that old. I took creative license to make the story like I would have liked it to be and end! I made up details just to make it fun at times. There will be drama and violence, not my favorite, but will get even with some of the villains. I am not affiliated with Erkenci Kus, its actors, writers, or anyone. I am just a fan and not a writer. Any mistakes are my own and if any ideas are similar to others, I apologize. Please enjoy and thank you for reading.

In this version Sanem has to leave her home and her family after finding herself in a heap of trouble with some unsavory characters. With the help of Aziz, an agent with the National Intelligence Organization, she moves to a small town where no one knows who she is to start a new life. Sanem tries to accept the fact that her old life is over and she may never be truly happy again. That is until she meets Can Divit.
