The takeover of Obscura

Rune has been doing the bidding of Obscura under the team Maelstrom. The team has been climbing the bracket and now Obscura has enough Omega energy to expand its control. It will look for new victims to join the ranks however it cannot do it by force, a deal with Obscura must be made and accepted.
