Allistar's mom told him about a place she dreamt about as a kid. She said she fell down a rabbit hole, she told him about a queen, a cat, a rabbit, a caterpillar and a hatter. He was always amazed by these stories. One day, when Allistar was alone in his room, he wished on a star that he could visit this wonderland. Little did he know, the wish would come true! There are a few things you need to know about Wonderland. First off, completely misnamed. It should be Terrorland. People don't just accidentally tumble into Wonderland, it sucks them in. There is no following of cute white rabbits with pocket watches. Wonderland is dangerous and you can lose a lot more than your head if you're not careful. Second, the Hearts are in control, but they shouldn't be. The throne of Wonderland rightfully belongs to the Spade heir. But he's currently missing. Third, and probably most important, is that Madison Hatter is NOT a native of Wonderland. He was yanked through a mirror many years ago and has been trying to survive Wonderland ever since. Now he has an idealistic young Real-Worlder on his hands and a rebellion in his heart. Mad is going to remove that Heart Queen if it's the last thing he does. She's the one who stole him from his life all those years ago and he's been waiting for the moment when he can tear her life to shreds in repayment.
