On a mission, Eria finds herself on horseback getting away from the Royal Guards. She finds herself in the east mountain range. Taken in, she is introduced to the town of Firelights. She meets a steampunk mechanic, Echo, who treats her few wounds. What happens when the king puts a bounty on Eria's head.. and when Echo finds out Eria is the second-in-command of the Mayflower Lightning? The very ship her father was taken by or will she turn them in..? Will echo finally understand why she was brought into this mess in the first place or will she push it away like she did all her other problems..
