Hisui and Mai lived in a small village that resides near the great mountain known as "Mount Wisteria." The girls only knew of tales about creatures of the mountains spoken by their father, the elder of their village and had always assumed that these stories were nothing more than myths. Unbeknownst to the twins, they were in for a rude awakening when the blue moon festival came around on the year they turned sixteen.
