Chanel is an aspiring writer, with nothing but the hopes of finding her soul mate. The type of love she reads and dreams about. Before college she only had one boyfriend, obviously things didn't end too well for the youthful pair. With wanting the go off to a completely different college than her ex, it set them further apart. Determined to not let her breakup or hometown define her, she channeled her energy into a new beginning. With faith she'll still find her true love, she still has her guard up pretty high. That is, until she stumbles paths with Demetrius in a general elective class. The two coming from completely different cities and life paths causes them to butt heads quite often than intended. When their professor challenges them to think creatively, the two chose to pair up for their assignment. Constantly running into each other it seems like fate from the start. While still adjusting to the adult world and how life works, these two begin to understand each other more.
