Shinji Mamoru is slow, reckless and unintentionally charming, not to mention the greatest spy in all of Japan. Everyone wants a chance with him, especially his childhood friend and infamous hacker, Shion Yozakura who is struggling to bottle up her feelings  for him day by day.

When his job starts feeling a little repetitive and meaningless, Shinji joins the Bloomguard, a secret organization dedicated to protecting the Yozakura family from threats across the globe. But he needs to be careful because his new colleagues aren't exactly the most moral group in the world.
