Nearly six years ago, at the age of ten, Roman Solace was arrested and admitted into the HPSC's Villain Rehabilitation Program―or VRP for short.

There, sitting in his room at the VRP, Roman made a promise to a girl who was no longer around to hear it. He vowed to become the best possible hero he could be, and he promised to dedicate the rest of his life to saving the people that she wouldn't be able to save.

He promised to live for her.

Now though, when Roman is sent to UA with little more than a pat on the back and a class schedule, things begin to unravel, and the HPSC's unimpeachable and irreproachable mask starts to slip. Unfortunately for Roman, he's at the forefront of everything.
