"Here's a little reminder, Wife. You are going to perish."
Rosamund, the Daughter of the Duke, the Young Lady was fairest of all the nobles. Who knew in her lifetime, MisFortunate events were bound by her red string. As the circumstances were growing to be complicated, so was her behavior. In a nick of time, her reputation plummeted due to her battle with the Young Lady's beautiful nemesis, Adreana. The Young Lady fell into a path of spiraling despair, with no one to lean on. Not even her beloved husband, Caius.
"You might have the prettiest face in this Empire, and yet, you have a monstrous heart for nearly slaughtering Adreana." Caius remarked whilst his eyebrows furrowed. Blood drifted more of the lady's neck. Staining the dress of the lady through the red carpet.
"Everything I do for you is for your sake, But annihilating her is something I will never do."
Life ceased in a tragedy, as Rosamund's neck was separated cruelly by her First Love and Husband. The lady wished she wouldn't be head over heels for such a man again. Rosamund thought the day Caius ended the life of the lady, was the day the tranquility would return.
However, as if fate had been watching Rosamund endure the pain she had experienced. Laughing at the lady, and throwing her consciousness back where the chaos had just begun. Risking her peace to possibly meet those who brought Rosamund's death.
Will it be a Second Chance or a pathetic death Rosamund would once more take a glance?

______
I tried on another, a red one this time.
I twirl in its large skirt. "This one matches your eyes," I say as I spin.
"This one too."
I stop, putting my hands on my hips. "Are you going to order all of them?"
"If I want to, yes, I will." He doesn't budge.
I sigh, sitting next to him. "You know that you don't have to do this. I can go buy my own dresses."
"I know, but I want to see you wear dresses that I chose. Besides, is it so wrong to want to spend time with you?"

Note: This is entirely my work. I want to see if I'm able to write something without a plot set up for me. I hope you like it!
