Allie Caden has never been normal. This, she has learned to cope with over the years. Only until recently, though, when she was startled awoken by something that had changed her life in a monumental way in just seconds. Now, she has been repeatedly getting the same dream over and over again, along with others. She has been keeping this a well known secret from the human world for as long as she has known, but this time around, she realizes that she must tell someone. Tell someone she truly loves and cares about. This person, however, may end up being the cause of her own death. Will she eventually tell him, trying to change what she knows is inevitable; or let things play out the way she’s seen it so many times?

It's funny, really, how silence hums when everything's dead. How the city still flickers like a bad dream you keep trying to wake from, but it won't let you. I used to think color could fix it. Make the ache pretty. It's all my fault. They look at me like they already know how it ends. And maybe they do. Maybe I do too. If I just stop thinking, if I just, one second, no more laughing, no more ghosts, no more her, no more- ...footsteps. No, that's not, that's not fair. No one comes here. No one ever- But the sound's real. Soft. Careful. To not scare the dark. I turn. It's him. Older maybe. Or maybe I just forgot how his eyes looked when they weren't angry. My breath catches, like the world forgot to spin. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to say. All I can think is, why did you come for me? Or When Jinx hits rock bottom, Ekko pulls her back from the edge. In a world on the brink, can two broken souls find a way forward? 1# Timebomb
