People fear what they do not understand. Fear changes people, it makes them show their true selves. That's what was running through Kyra's head as she and her cousin Haruhi walked into their new school. Both gaining scholarships to Ouran Highschool this new beginning was frightening and exciting for Kyra. Kyra knew that this school might not last long for her but she knew it would for Haruhi. Haruhi was smart, Kyra not so much. Kyra could understand people but school was different. The only reason as to why she got in was because of all the tutoring given by Haruhi, an angel sent from God. Kyra promised Ranka to get into Ouran to protect and keep an eye on Haruhi, a deal they made in private. No one was sure what the rich folk would pull on 'commoners' like themselves. Kyra didn't speak much though. Ever since her parents passing she was different. Nevertheless she made an effort not to be a burden to her uncle Ranka and Haruhi, life was already so hard for them. Although they would never admit it.
Haruhi didn't know how to get Kyra out of her shell. Then they make the unfortunate decision to try and find a place to study only to end up in the debt of the host club. Well this couldn't be good for anyone. It was just Kyra's luck. It was enjoyabl upe to see the host clubs faces when they finally figured out that Haruhi and Kyra were girls nonetheless. Maybe the Host Club won't be so bad after all. Maybe it will be a good distraction.
