Thanks to @Exotic_Animator for making this story. It's hasn't been updated for a while, so I'll do it myself. 

Ayanokouji  Kiyotaka has been cursed (blessed) by The God of Love who accidentally linked Ayanokouji  and 100 different girls/women. They are to become soulmates bounded by love and fate.
