Shadow

Ever since Shadow, a newborn husky, was born he has had to fiend for himself in the depths of the forests. On the occasion when he does find society he is often rejected and beaten. His mother died trying to protect him from their previous owner, a hunter, who beat his dogs every day if they didn't obey. Every day he has the struggle to find food, water, and shelter. Until one day when Shadow searches for food in the city, he finds himself stuck in a corner in an ally trapped by a metal fence on one side, and a pack of wild dogs on the other. But before any of the other dogs can take one bite out of him a voice from behind the fence quickly lures him out of trouble. As Shadow went to thank the mysterious voice , it vanished into thin air. But just then he finds more trouble over the fence. His old foe. His old owner.
