The first of the murders is like this: two young prostitutes lying dead in a motel. Greek letters, it seems, on the bedsheets. Stabbed in the back.

But the worst is yet to come.

Their eyeballs: used to be a deep blue irises, are gone, leaving a hollow space.

And this will not be the only murder.
