A lot of weird things are going on and the whispers and dreams are getting more frequent. People are dying left and right, but the only person who has a good idea about who is murdering people is Amy. Two new people came to the hospital also. Who are they? Dream. He starts to fall for him but he doubts whether he is fake or real... this interferers with him ,and his best friend, Bad's friendship which he has to try and fix. (story is mostly focused on him and Bads relationship and how George loving Dream affects it)

He was around my height, maybe an inch or two shorter. He had blond hair and dark eyes. "What are you doing here?" Saige asked, looking over at him. "Here to pick you up." He shrugged, a smirk forming on his face as he looked at me and placed an arm around her shoulder. "Nice to meet you. I'm Thomas." ____ One year after Sam sacrificed himself to stop the apocalypse, a year and a half after Saige died, and suddenly the two reappear, flipping Dean's world upside down and tilting it on its axis. He's pulled back into the hunting world now, unable to tell if he really wants to or not. Saige has had a horrible year. Her resurrection did not go as planned. She fell into bad places, into the hands of bad people. She was fighting for her life every day. She was being torn to pieces, she was tearing herself to pieces. She tries to help her get back to her eating and tells her many times that she's "perfectly skinny" but nothing works. Her mother puts her foot down as Rita started to get ill, her mom takes her to a mental health hospital. She deals with consequences from her nurses and other patients.
