Peter Parker is heartbroken from losing Tony Stark, aka Iron Man.  He was the closest thing he had to a father.  However, he eventually finds himself to be a babysitter of Tony's 5-year-old daughter, Morgan Stark.  And from there, his life apparently seems to get better...
