Yuliya Diaz, was not your ordinary 16 year old girl nor did she want to be. She had a unique past that that very few knew but those who did would wonder of how in the world is she still alive. Her files on 99.8% of all global databases are covered in black ink and remain classified to all but four people. However she was requested to oversee a camp to ensure that when it is open to the public that it is as safe as they say.
