Why can't the dead just leave the living alone?

I tried, I really did.  At first, I ignored the voices, the whispers, the shadows crossing my path. When something wanted to make itself known to me, I looked the other way. But as I grew older, my powers just started to grow that much stronger, and this I could no longer deny.

So I began my Hunter's training.

Strong, intelligent, and elite, the Night Hunters are the few and the brave who defend the realms of Miria and beyond from threats both from this world, and the supernatural.

Recently, there have been dozens of breaches between our two worlds, and the Hunters have been investigating into the cause. The spirits are getting restless, and I can only imagine that it is a sign of trouble to come.

Beware, Miria, beware. Traitors skulk amongst friends, and no one is truly as they seem.

In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. My whole body was rippling with strength. Like liquid steel.

Out of theses attacks the families that have hunted these creatures for centuries in secret decide to make themselves know as well becoming there own judge, jury and executioner under the name of the Creature Hunter Association (CHA for short) Enter Katrina (Kat) Lovedock, a member of the Lovedock hunter family one of the best and well known hunter families to ever patrol the streets. Unfortunately, Kat is not technically a member having been disowned after one horrible night that changed her life, in more ways then one. 5 years after that night she still has all her training that her father taught her and uses those skills to hunt down dangerous creatures while also being hunted herself.
