2547; the inner colony of Skopje has slowly but surely succumb to the full force of a covenant invasion. UNSC defences find themselves cut off and scattered, desperately defending what remains of the civilian population and the shipyards; CENTCOMs last order before going offline was to protect essential resources scheduled for relocation. With these supplies going to reach, the troops on the surface fight through the dying embers of the once bustling metropolis so that those on reach will have a fighting chance. Among the forces on the ground remain operators from the 7th shock troop Battalion. Their objective is to support existing forces on the ground and bolster solid defensive positions at the shipyards. However with heavy flak hitting the pods upon entering the atmosphere the scattered squadrons must regroup and complete their objective which may be easier said than done.
