When Kaiju invaded Clayton, your home city, Operation Blackout was initiated. After surviving the attack on the city, you have lived for five years in Clayton's Jaeger headquarters known as Talon Base, living off scraps and what little things you scavenge. But that all changes when unexpected visitors arrive propelling you into a journey to Sydney base and sending you falling in love with a boy from Shadow Basin.

An old newspaper that was years-old is discovered by the siblings, announcing the facility had been discovered, and has been shut down. Gootraxians have been captured and experimented on. The only way they can prevent the goos from being brutally murdered and tortured is to go back into the facility themselves. Will they be able to escape freely?
