Olivia Lainey begins her journey in the BAU when the profiling team needs help. The eager brunette agrees, she fits all the categories for the spot, seems she has 3 PhDs and 4 Ba's. The spot is only temporary, but she soon grows close to everyone on the team. Especially a certain boy genius. After the 4 months that she has with the BAU, will they choose to keep her or let her go? 

This takes place around season 3, back when Reid was still a big germophobe. Olivia is very similar to Reid in the aspect that she is way too smart for her age. She graduated early and went to college at the young age of 14. You could say she was a genius. All of her success in college landed her a job later in life at the Bioinformatics Center. Now, the young 23 year old gets the opportunity to work beside the most intelligent people in the FBI.

(Some of the percentages may not be true, but I'm just using them. Also, I may not have the right interpretation of what a bioinformatic scientist is, but bare with me because it won't be the main job)
