He's a murderer and would gladly do it again for either money or daddy's approval. Unfortunately, he's also incredibly handsome and often uses it for bad reasons. Madison and Rafe, two teens, one worse than the other. They know each other, not in a good way though. In fact they were the greatest enemies in their childhood. They were never supposed to meet again after Maddie left Outer Banks. Unfortunately, treasure hunt brings the girl back to the island.
