As an autistic person myself, I decided to write what I think it would be like to be an autistic person in the world of X-men, and explore how I think the characters would perceive them. So this will be set during First Class, but the reader insert will be on the autism spectrum. I apologise in advance for any inaccuracies but this will be based on my own personal experiences. Please enjoy and I will try to be as accurate as I can to the X-men canon!!

Your mutant power is that you can manipulate and create light and shadows.

⚠️possible trigger warnings⚠️
Ableism
Sensory overloads
Harmful stimming
Implied abuse

I do not own X-men!!

(An X-men First Class, Alex Summers story) Alex turns to her then drop his eyes down to her chest to see a five inch slash across her left collarbone. He looks at it with pain in his eyes and reaches to touch it but stop to look at her for consent. Anya looks at his eyes as she slowly nods. He gently glide his thumb over the scar as Anya stares at his face. This was the first time Anya was this close with Alex and she can't help but furrow her eyebrows as she notice how pretty his eyes look from this distance. "Can I ask you something?" Alex asks "How did you end up in prison?" "Hey, you don't have to explain if you don't want too." He tells her after seeing the pain in her eyes. "You deserve to know." she whispers. ××× "Don't you wanna know how I got locked up?" He asks changing the subject. "Don't have to." She replies "I read your report back at the CIA building when I was sneaking around. You can do anything if you're stealthily fast. " She smiles making him turn to her in shock. "So you didn't went to the bathroom?" he looks at her in disbelief. "No I didn't Mr. Solitary confinement." She smirks making him scoff at her. "That's invasion of privacy." He says not even trying to hold back his laugh. "ThAt's iNvAsiOn oF pRivAcy." she mocks him as he pushes her away making her fall off the bench laughing. !ᴛᴡ! ᴛʜɪs sᴛᴏʀʏ ᴍɪɢʜᴛ ɪɴᴄʟᴜᴅᴇ sᴡᴇᴀʀɪɴɢ, ᴠɪᴏʟᴇɴᴄᴇ, ʙʟᴏᴏᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ᴀᴅᴜʟᴛ ᴛʜᴇᴍᴇs.

The Same?

11 parts Complete

Abbey Night was just looking to be like everyone else, normal. But she knew she was far from that. One night, as she was working at the bar, two men came in offering a chance. A chance to feel safe with others like her. A chance to not be rejected. But Abbey didn't know she was going to fall in love with someone that had the same abilities as her. Abbey didn't know that when she joined, she was about to lose a few things along the way. "Becoming a hero" was not in the job description. ❌ please forgive me, it's been awhile since I saw X-Men First Class. So I might not have certain parts right. But, I hope you guys still like the book! Enjoy! ❌
