The name given by those who took her in not knowing of her origins blood adopting her as their own to hide suspicion.

It would make sense considering that after Lily Potter was informed she couldn't have children due to a spell hitting her that nobody knew about and had to stay under care for a few months.

They could lie and say she was pregnant, only a select few would know the truth and able to tell it others swore to an unbreakable vow to make sure they remain silent.

If only they knew that by doing this would thus make a false prophecy appear in the ministry, one to provide hope.

Ironic considering her name was once 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻.

Or would have been if the witches didn't manage to sent to her to alternate reality when she was a few hours old.
