It is a time of peace in the empire of Leomeria. A thousand years ago, humankind defeated the Khar Uzad, the brutish remnant of a once magical and thriving civilization. Humanity pushed them to the other side of the Thyrgal Mountains, where the city of Drendham has held the line ever since. From the outer darkness, however, an evil and magical force which, until now, slept, has been awakened by someone within the kingdom. A ranger knight, Aeris of Braedon, has been unwittingly chosen as the sacrificial hero. His fate has been tied to Neera, an apprentice sorceress and Leomir, the orphan prince. They have been set on a path to their destiny, led by a magical force they do not fully understand entangled in a legend come-to-life, which is very old and very powerful. Their path is laden with dark foes, unlikely friends and answers to questions long forgotten. They will need every ounce of will and even more faith if they wish to learn the secrets of the Ghosts of the Five Realms.

Liora, the eldest daughter of the King and Queen of Everglen, has spent her entire life ensconced within the palace's grand yet suffocating walls. Though surrounded by the luxury of marble halls and lush gardens, her world remains confined to her family and a few guards, leaving her feeling isolated and yearning for something more. Gifted with extraordinary powers over the Earth, Mind, and possibly more, Liora can manipulate the very ground beneath her feet and influence the thoughts of those around her. Though she has honed her abilities to maintain peace and avoid chaos, whispers of her powers have cast a shadow of fear over the kingdom, branding her gifts as dangerous and fearsome. When news of her powers escapes the palace walls, Liora's tranquil existence shatters. She longs to help her people, but the very ones she wishes to assist refuse to see beyond their fear. In secret, she begins to practice her abilities with the guidance of Rowen and her brother, driven by a desire to master her gifts and prove her worth. Yet, when her training leads to unintended consequences, she finds herself forbidden from practicing. However, when the war finally erupts, Liora is determined to do everything within her power to protect her home. The chaos and destruction that engulf Everglen ignite a fire within her, compelling her to confront her fears and embrace her abilities. No longer content to hide in the shadows, she steps forward with newfound resolve, channeling her powers to defend the kingdom she loves.

In a world ruled by powerful magical families, where strength and status are determined by the mastery of magic and the ferocity of one's aura, King Ignis stands out-though not for reasons he would choose. Born into the illustrious Ignis family, famed for their fiery magic and physical prowess, King was expected to carry the family's legacy forward. But unlike his siblings, King was born without the ability to wield magic, a failure in the eyes of his father, Lord Ignis. But what King lacks in magical ability, he makes up for in swordsmanship, and with the awakening of a dark, forbidden power within him- the Demon Aura-King's journey takes a darker turn. This power, feared and misunderstood, enhances his physical abilities and grants him new, deadly techniques. Yet it comes with a price: a growing hunger for destruction and an insidious whispering in his mind, urging him towards violence. (I'm new to this so give me time)
