Draco and Harry are already in 6th grade at Hogwarts. They have been sworn enemies since their first year when Harry rejected friendship with Draco because of his annoying criticism of Potter's brand new friend Ron Weasley and his clearly visible and unbearable ego.
Despite the hatred that animates them towards each other. Something between them. When they looked at each other, could be seen in their eyes.
When, on a Monday morning at 8:30 am: in potions class the teacher Severus Snape changed their places due to chatter and gave them detention the same day from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
They were now next to eachother. They didn't know it yet but this change of place will change their lives.

"Ron, wait." I say walking past Fred and George and grabbing his arm. Ron whips his head back around, yanking his arm from my hand with so much force it causes me to stumble forward.
