The masquerade at the Agreste mansion was being held that day. But Nathalie could not participate, due to the side effects and illness that the peacock miraculous had gracefully damaged her with. She was instead doomed to work in her room, doomed to flip through pages of a grimoire that provided less hope than it gave, and doomed to help Gabriel Agreste. A man that she had dedicated the last 19 years of her life to. But was it really worth it? Was HE really worth it? Was she herself really worth it?
As she thinks further about the questions that were uncomfortably filling her head, she feels that she's losing herself. She feels herself realizing how much she is actually losing. How much she has actually lost. And for who, and for what? As she drowns deeper and deeper down in her thoughts, a hand reaches down to her. But if she takes it, will it get better or worse?

After a short, rather awkward, period of time, father and son start to reconcile too, and Nathalie and Gabriel start to share their memories of how they met and became close friends. We're going to find out how 'Nath' got the red strand and who dyed it. We also learn about Gabi Grassette and his family, and where the name Gabriel Agreste has its origin. They tell the story to 'their' son, making him Duusu-like enthuse, how 'romantic' all of it was and is. Eventually, they reach the highlight of their narration, the night they went to prom together. Though obviously being in love since they were teenagers, is that enough to finally bring them together? "If you're gonna trust me once, please let it be this time." Adrien urged her as he stood in the door frame, his tone was gentle but urgent, and he shut the door. Ladybug collapsed and called off her transformation, revealing her civilian self. Her chest heaved with heavy sobs that escaped her body and she lowered herself to the floor. Tightening her arms around herself, she cried out. - He took a deep breath in, held it and then released it. He repeated it a second time. "I'm sorry, Ladybug. I can't just listen to you cry." He threw open the door, his eyes shut tightly. He lowered himself to the floor in front of her, settling down on his knees and extending his arms outwards. He kept his eyes shut and listened for any movement from her. - "You're not alone through this." Miraculous Ladybug Season 4: The Collusion of Trauma
It's been over a month since I posted my MLB Season 3 rewrite. But hard work and long hours of writing, I can now show you all my rewrite/fanfic for Season 4. Season 4 of this show in my opinion, is better than Season 3. Season 3 did have some key moments, most notably Cat Blanc, but is still the worst season. Season 4, I see as in improvement, kind of. While watching Season 4, I noticed a lot of issues. The Character Assassination(destroying a character's reputation in a lazy/bad way), the plot holes, and a few other things. One of the things I truly loved in this season was the Cat Noir being left out arc. Although I love Cat Noir/Adrien, the idea to see his partner slowly forget about him is sad, but can lead to some awesome drama. Unfortunately in my opinion, they failed a bit. I did feel bad for him this season, but at some points, the writers make it look like Cat Noir is an idiotic, selfish douchebag instead of a sympathetic victim. I am not a fan of it, especially since I really love the idea behind it. So with the help of some rewrites, and MY Season 4 Finale, I will end this arc in the way I think it should have gone. Or at least, a way they should have done it. In fact, this is one of the primary reasons why I didn't want to do a full rewrite of the series. Because I adore this idea, and want to give it the proper ending it deserves. As always, I am here to entertain, and hope you all enjoy what I am about to write.
