Well, you might've not liked the fact that they were currently holding you hostage to figure out whether you were actually a demon or not before killing you after figuring out that you were a demon like Sanemi so wished to do so. There wasn't, much you could do in this situation. The most efficient solution you could think of to get them to leave you alone for the rest of eternity without spilling any blood was to lay low until their suspicion of you being a demon eventually died down and they allowed you to leave yourself. However... It seemed there were quite a number of Demon slayers who greatly disapproved of your stay here, or at least they were very wary of you. the most annoying one being Sanemi Shinazugawa. The reason was obvious enough. You were a demon. Which now made the biggest hassle you had to deal with, staying alive until that point. He did like to do something, he noticed it helped his anger. That was riding his bike around town while listening to music. It calmed him. He was in his own world. Giyuu Tomioka, a normal student. A person you would see as a background character. He kept his head down and wore the nerd mask at school. He wanted to fade into the background and be invisible. But in reality he was outgoing. Out of school he was himself, the punk emo rock kid. He hid himself becuase in the past he was made fun of for being "too much" so he locked that part up at school so no one could see it. He did have a few hobbies but he loved to ride his skateboard while listening to music. One day, these two boys opposites of the same coin magiacally ran into each other. No. Literally ran into each other. Coming to the same corner they crashed into each other. They instantly started to yell at each other. Sanemi was less banged up from the crash, he had some scrapes but no blood. Giyuu on the other hand was only bleeding. From his nose and both his knees. Sanemi realized Giyuu was in pain and through Giyuu's complaints he helped him to a conveince store Giyuu pounted and avoided Sanemi's line of sight as Sanemi healed his wounds, Giyuu regonized Sanemi and he didn't want Sanemi to realize who he was, but it was too late, Sanemi had ran into Giyuu that same day and remembered him. From that moment on Sanemi and Giyuu formed a secret friendship, something only between the two of them. Then something else came along.

You are the blood pillar that has a demonic sword that needs blood in order to do blood techniques and breathing. When you see the Wind pillar you instantly felt uneasy and weird inside which to your understandings didn't make sense till later . you had demon blood in you because of the sword itself so your immortal...But luckily the Hashira accepted you because you killed an Upper moon and didn't even attempt to eat human flesh and the fact that you sacrificed your humanity to weild such a sword to slay demons with. But little did you remember that you lost your humanity completely at a younger age due to unknown events. You forgot this memory and only thought you lost your human side to the sword itself DISCLAIMER: This story will contain gore, strong language, touchy subjects, Those touchy subjects will bring spoilers to the manga!!!
