The Kirkpatrick Model may be the most widely used model to analyze and evaluate the results of educational and training programs. The model considers any formal or informal training to determine aptitude using four criteria levels.

Level 1: Reaction
Level 2: Learning
Level 3: Behaviour
Level 4: Results
