For those who don't;

Itachi left his family's house for to Sasuke undisclosed reasons, on a day that was as regular as it could be. They have not spoken a word in over a decade, however, to his surprise, their parents were still in a very low contact with his brother. Leaving him behind while they went on a vacation, they dumped Sasuke on the farm where Itachi lives and works, among with other people.

Sasuke immediately hates everything about this arrangement, but has no way out.
