FROM : NEPTUNE is a sci-fi novel series, surrounding Mei's Kiyomi big mission to save Earth from the big sun explosion. During this mission, she realizes that even though Earth isn't sunshine and rainbows like she hoped. She learns that bad things dont stay bad forever. Mei gains new friendships and relationships on Earth , and discover the deep mysteries behind the emotion hatred.
This book specifically describe how Mei was born and how she has this goal stuck in her mind. Not only does she want to save people from permanent extinction but she wants to gain more respect and notice from the other Gods and Goddesses.

We later find out about a full on assault on Planeptune. To kill Bios and revive the God of Death, the Assailants of Death start a war against the goddesses.
