A special Neighbor

You're an 19 unemployed high school graduate that's just too lazy to put effort into finding a job, yes you have applied for some they just haven't given you a call back.

Though one day where you had to babysit your sister's kids till night and when doing that you uncover the family's unknown "legacy" about watching these old cartoon VHS tapes that your great great grandmother so happily left when she passed, hoping for upcoming generations to enjoy what she once did.
