Gensokyo finally gains the independence it really deserves. All inhabitants of the area celebrate the victory with such a mighty celebration. Peace in Gensokyo then goes on for the next 5 years until the rains start to pour uncontrollably.
Because of that, Theodore, as the Ruler and Owner of Gensokyo, must find a way to stop the rainfalls at all costs or the entire Gensokyo will get flooded.
