Peace doesn't last forever, as mayhem strikes on their world once again. 

A mysterious red emerald, with having the power to absorb and manipulate the cosmic energy in the universe, which was known as someone's creation, some other villain who wanted to rule the entire universe all by himself...

And as such, causing their world to be distorted by the effects of the emerald. Slowly all of the energy around their world will be drained.

But not just that, there were also evildoers who tend to invade every planet they saw and create chaos all over the place. Once again, destruction and havoc were sought.

And there's Marshall, Skye and the Paw Patrol itself. Will they be able to save their universe once again? Or will the villains make a comeback and conquer their world? Once again, they'll have to step up once more, for everyone.

Chase was separated from his father before. He won't let that happen again, so Ryder gathers however many pups possible, for a rescue mission, looking all over the world (literally) to find them. On their adventure, they face two more enemies known as Troy and Rita, who are none other than Sweetie's own brother and sister!
