So in this story, Nobita and Dekisugi are childhood sweethearts. Nobita is a smart boy. After Dekisugi encounter an unexpected accident lost his memories about his lil bun and went to abroad for further treatment. After 5 years he returned to his home town with an drastic change with his 2 friends.
And as for Nobita and his friends still don't know about his accident. Nobita is still waiting for him to come back to him.
What happens if they meet each other after 5 years? And Dekisugi badly hurts Nobita in the process of remembering Nobita.
