Hanz, an introverted aswang, returns to Balete City only to learn that the Tree that provides life to all Tree Dwellers is consuming Fear Energy at an alarmingly fast rate. If the tree runs out of it, it could mean the demise of all Tree Dwellers.

Is this just a small part of a much larger ploy of the enemy faction known as the Diwata?

Or is the sudden appearance of a mysterious babaylan hybrid, Maurice, have something to do with it?

Join Hanz as he enlists himself to Balete Academy to become a Fear Farmer as he meets new people, unravels secrets of the past, and faces enemies that seek to block his path toward his goal of ultimately saving the Tree.

The Last Albularyo

11 partes Continúa

They said the age of albularyos ended with the old ways. No more herbs. No more orasyon. No more guardians. Pero mali sila. When Elias, a 17-year-old probinsyano boy, loses his lolo-the town's humble healer-he inherits something he never asked for: an anting-anting that carries centuries of power. At first, it feels like nothing more than a strange heirloom... until the night he starts hearing voices in the wind, until the kapre lurking by the balete tree calls him by name, until the aswang begins to circle their home. Elias must choose: live as the ordinary boy he's always been, or accept the bloodline he never knew he carried- the last albularyo, the final line between man and monster. But with every spell cast, every ritual spoken, every life saved... something darker wakes inside him.
