The issue was that by the time he had caught the thief, the place he would be guarding would be in shambles. Eventually only one Security Agency would hire him to help protect a mine hidden beneath the streets of Rio, where he meets a woman by the name of Carmen Sandiego... His winning streak may come to an end.
