The Music Freaks: Alone

Even though the club won the competition and everything was happy, an encounter with one of his old bullies and bringing back his trauma, caused a chain reaction which led to where Jake was now. He was no longer dating Hailey, no longer a member of The Music Club or their friend, no longer a member of the Jomies or their friend. Hell, he wasn't even friends with Daisy anymore.

A few months after the ending of the first book, and Jake is just trying to get by. He's got a small job at a coffee shop, and when he was at school, he just tried to ignore everyone. But after an encounter with an old friend, and some events, he finds the will inside himself to rekindle his friendships with both the Jomies and the club, with any in between.
