This tale is a about a young girls diary and how her parents where going through a terrible abusive divorce and she is too ashamed to talk to anyone about it as well as trying to deal with her last year of segregated college in mississippi.Yet right before graduation she finds the girl of her dreams .But how is she suppose to deal with the fact no one can deal with her dating an african american and a girl at that .So she can only have time with her when the moon is highest in the sky and everyone is drifted to sleep .
