A smattering of thoughts in the form of poems, slam poetry if you will. Struggles that come from daily hardship, trauma, mental health and life transitions. 

It is not the best work, nor will they really be refined and edited. I am not sure if anyone will ever read this or enjoy this but I felt I should put these thoughts out into the world. They are all written from varying stages of thoughts, lots of them quite raw and emotional. 

I hope that those who come across this collection can feel less alone, moved or even begin to understand themselves or others. Know that everything passes, even if it does not feel like it. Life moves in waves, a giant rollercoaster that many of us do not feel like we signed up for. But we can make ourselves as comfortable as possible and maybe at some points, enjoy the ride.
