Born again as a saurian from ancient past, he lived in peace on the island of Odo for decades. Until in 1945, a series of nuclear weapon tests were conducted near his home and in the process, was transformed into the monster that the world came to know as Gojira. After slaying his mortal nemesis, the invaders threw one last attempt at ending the monster king by through the use of a black hole. Only for it backfire as they along with Gojira, were sent hurling across the multiverse. Upon awakening, Gojira finds himself in a world familiar yet far different from the earth he knew.
