Mosi Queen is the adopted daughter of Black Canary and Green Arrow. They took her in after the murder of her abusive parents, but they didn't expect her to come with powers. She is a Skinwalker. She turns into a Cougar as self defense, but can also jump fifteen feet in the air, has an excellent sense of smell and hearing, and can heal herself and others. She is good friends with Robin, Wally, Roy, and Artimis, but one little bird is hoping to be more than just friends. Will she return the feelings? Read to find out.

Light Amidst the Chaos
Loreli Fischer had it all. A loving mom and dad, a sister and a nephew who were her best friends, and everything seemed perfect. Though, nothing in Gotham was ever perfect. Loreli possessed the power to manipulate the elements. Her mother was an airbender, her father and sister were fire breathers, and her nephew was born normal. Her parents were close friends with Bruce Wayne, which made her close to the Robins he had. Dick Grayson, whom her sister was in love with, and Jason Todd. Jason was Loreli's best friend and was always there for her. At least he was until he suddenly left with a note saying he was off to San Francisco and to call when she was in the area. That came sooner than she expected. Loreli was 18 when her entire world flipped upside down. She found her parents and sister dead, her nephew hiding in his closet wrapped in a blanket unharmed. The culminated after the death of their mother, which ultimately weighed on the poor girl's mind until she was 18, where she packed her bags and left, leaving just a note for her family. She went to Starling City. For a while, she struggled in the glades, but a rare spot of luck ended making her good friends with a guy called Tommy Merlyn. He not only helped her, but cared and protected the already tough girl. Then, when rich playboy Oliver Queen returned to Starling, a series of events unfolded that led her to being trained into a vigilante by the man. Together, they began tackling the corruption plaguing Starling. However, a blast from the past hits Kayla when her former close friend ends up in Starling. Barry Allen, the foster child of Joe West.
