Gerard is new to the school.. he finally got kicked out of his old one, now being forced to go to school with Mikey, not that's it's a bad thing. unlike what people would thing, Gerard and Mikey get along great..it's just other people that bugs Gerard. he sticks out like a sore thumb, hes soft spoken and has pretty feminine features as well as dressing up in pastel clothes (skirts). he gets into fights a lot and he's not afraid to stick up for himself but it gets tiring so he normally lets his bully's do whatever they need. at his new school he meets Frank. he's known to not let people push him the wrong way and he'll call you out on your bullshit. Frank finds Gerard...uh, interesting. it's hard to tell what Gerard is thinking most times and that really bugs Frank. Gerard tends to be in his own and Frank wants to change that...but how can he? Gerard will forever be known as the "cross dresser" and Frank will always be seen as "too good" for Gerard.

Gerard's a mess. He smokes and drinks, and he's a miserable piece of shit. He could never find a job and never had much friends. Though when Mikey called him one day, he offered Gerard a job at the All Boys Christian private school just a few blocks downtown. Ten years ago, or so, Frank was in love with a boy called Gerard with fiery red hair and the personality of a switchblade knife, and ten years ago that boy called Gerard had killed himself. Frank still saw him though: hallucinations, as he knew them to be now, and it took him years in a hospital he never thought he'd get out of to convince himself of his newfound sanity, but he was okay now. Twenty eight year old Frank Iero had been officially 'okay' since he was twenty five. He hadn't seen Gerard again, and he didn't even think about the guy - he was just normal, and he was almost painfully content with being the secretary to someone with a five figure salary. But of course, on one fateful morning in December, that has to go and change, doesn't it?
