In which Narcissa never really gets over the torturing of Alice Longbottom, and all of the moments they spent together in their youth
In Alice's world there we're no tomorrows. It was only today. Alice loved like she was dying, and Narcissa took it like it brought her back to life.

I've aged both Narcissa and Alice down because I wanted to include the marauders as Alice's friends. So this takes place while the marauders and the girls (mary, lily, dorcas, marlene, etc) as well as Alice are in fifth year and Narcissa is in her sixth year. In this book, Frank is also in his sixth year. Both Narcissa and Frank are a year older than Alice and co. Regulus, however, is in his fourth year with Barty and Evan.
