Oakley May Lord has been Wu's student and under his care since she was a kid. All her life she has trained to be better. Better than her father, and better than what her mother wanted her to be.

When Sensei Wu chose to make a team of Ninjas, Oakley was against it. Having been used to being alone most of her life this was a big change.
