"Who am I?" Is a question better asked 'with today' added to the end of it.

When you spend your life being the echo of those around you, when is there room to find yourself? Echo's life revolves around being anyone the commission wants her to be. That's her quirk, that's all she's ever known. Through observational reconnaissance, she can become anyone she sees. The more she knows, the more accurately she can portray them.

When pro-hero and pseudo-father of a class of 21 soon-to-be-heroes, Eraserhead, meets himself head-on, how will he grapple with it? Can Echo find a home in herself when all control is taken from her?

This story exists within the world of The Past Never Dies, my Dabi x OC fic. There will be characters and events that are canon-divergent that are from TPND. I'm going to write this as a stand-alone, but it'll make more sense if you read them in tandem!
