(Y/n) is from Hateno Village. Not much goes on there. At all. Growing up with the same handful of people gets tiring. The endless cycle and routine. Never anything new. The only interesting part of living in the quiet town is helping out the crazy scientist at the top of the hill-Purah. The thrill of learning about ancient technology is the only thing keeping you from leaving to explore Hyrule.
Until he comes. He seems like a way out. A way to truly see the kingdom. (Y/n) doesn't know much about the traveler, between his short answers and Purah's cryptic words.
At sixteen years old, (Y/n) realizes her adventure has just begun. And it goes far beyond her quiet village.

[Discontinued] Following the death of her mother, Zelda comes face to face with anxiety and guilt as she sees her father go from happy and warm, to cold and furious. Although it wasn't her fault, the anger was always taken out on her, to the point that parent and child no longer had any social interaction. After Zelda is awarded a scholarship when her father becomes principal of a prestigious high school, she is forced to tear off all past relationships to focus on one thing and one thing only. To get principal's daughter worthy grades. Not about the guy with blue earrings and a ponytail that doesn't seem to speak. Or the rumors that are floating around her. ***I've been wanting to write this for AWHILEEEEE! I'm a little late to this party but due to TOTK season upon us, I thought of this fun little fanfic that is BOTW x MM. I might be back on my smut writing a bit too ;)*** The calamity has perished, and with it the dawn of a new age now rises for Hyrule. The Hebra Region, home to the Rito and diamondized crystals of the most frigid snow. The Gerudo Region, home to the Gerudo and its idyllic sifted sands that carry the feet of its many merchants. A guardian technician by day and a devoted historian by night, Y/N is infatuated with the legend of the Hero of Time. This hero spoke of his adventures in a parallel universe called 'Termina,' where his heroic deeds were forgotten. Regarded a madman by his peers; it isn't until the blood moon rises once more, that the newfound age of peace of Hyrule is tossed into peril. Many see him and think he is simply a talented individual who hasn't seen a bit of struggle or a hard day in his life. Everyone knows of Link, the Hylian Champion who will fight along with the four other Champions against Calamity Ganon, but does anyone know how Link came to be that great Hylian Champion in the first place? This is my head-cannon story of BOTW Link's childhood and life before becoming Zelda's appointed knight. It is not cannon from Nintendo, and you can't prove it right, but you can't prove it wrong either!
