Dragons are vile, dragons are wicked, dragons are evil, and above all dragons are dangerous. Everyone knows this, so did Lynwood, son of the local woodsman. He had read enough about dragons to know of their terror and danger and that they must be killed on sight. Not like he had anything to fear, dragons have long become extinct .....or have they? 

When sudden peril comes to the simple woodsman home and Lynwood's father is arrested with the accusation of plotting against the king, Lynwood and his sister have to flee into the mountains with a mysterious letter that must be taken to the king's nephew. It is there that Lynwood will discover that dragons are not so extinct after all. 

Lynwood will find himself tangled in the sticky web of politics, and his one key to getting himself and everyone else out of it will be to put aside his prejudice and come to see dragons for what they really are.

It also doesn't help when their helicopter suddenly malfunctions and the group ends up crash-landing in the middle of a dense jungle with no way of contacting the outside world for help. and to make things worse for poor Lyra, something seems to be stalking her in this new and unfamiliar environment. It's bad enough she's trapped with no way home in such a dangerous place, but when she comes across signs of a monster lurking somewhere on this uncharted isle, she comes to find that the worst of her nightmares have only just begun. because the thing that's been stalking her from the shadows as fangs and scales just like the creatures she fears the most, with intentions of keeping her trapped with it on the isle.

He stretched his crinkled hand over his head, to show how the dragons flew. "They would glide over the world and land on their tall mountains. Returning home after his long day of flight. Oh, Bean, if only you could have seen it." He shook his head, his light grey, shoulder length hair moving with each pass. "I wish I could see a dragon once more before I die." He took a deep breath. "But no, I cannot."

Mercenaries of the Gods: Chronicle Two - Adventures de DANordness

Hey you. Yes, you! The Seer is looking for you again. What? Did you think that was the whole story? That was just part one of three. This is part two. At least concerning the Mercenaries. Anyway, this time the Seer has five stories for you this time. The first one is about Alan. He's talking to some cops about how he got his powers. It's a crazy story with a croc-clam and a Lord of Evil who isn't that bad of a dude really. In the second story, you find out what happen with Grania, Kadlin and Squeaks when they go to Greece. There's a sorority squabble, a Lich Queen and other cool, strange and dark stuff in it too, but I don't want to give too much away. In the third story, you find out what happened to Thrack and Rina when they went to China. There's a lot of mages, a big keg, a few sluts for hire and a bloody fairy. It's a fun and sad story, but it's awesome, trust me. Next, you'll find what happens with Alan in Antartica. That story is insane with lots of dragons, and you'll finally get to see why everyone is so afraid of Alan. Finally, you'll read about all those paths converging, all the old friends, and a few new ones, reuniting and you'll be set up for part three. But seriously, the Seer is expecting you again and, if I've learned anything about the multiverse, it's that you don't keep an infinite waiting. So, it's time to return to the Seer, because if the Seer made time for you, you, and what the Seer wants to show you, must be important... This story is unedited, and I wouldn't mind a cover. She was bitten and turned into a werewolf. Jade was mostly okay with the fact that she was a wolf, she was with the man she loved, things were going good, she had been getting along with her mate till her world basically collapsed in on itself. She accidentally killed an innocent when out hunting due to the fact that the man had pointed a gun at her. She was frozen over his body as the rain poured down her fur. With one swift move, she was running through the rain, away from him, away from the pack, unknowingly carrying the soon to be alphas child and heir. When she did find out, she knew she couldn't go to a hospital, she had to go it alone and knew if she told him he made her come, back and she couldn't. For the next 3 years, she has easily raised her child and enjoyed her freedom, only changing when her wolf forced her to. She didn't want Lyn knowing that life. She always kept a bag packed in case another wolf showed or their was danger. She would jump out the fire escape and run away. However now the pack is under attack and they need their best tracker.(aka Jade) What will happen when Erin finds out about the child when he comes to find her and how will this reconnect them, will they fix what is broken? (I'm a massive fan of the monster hunting genre.) Written from Sep 2011 until April 2014. This was the very first adult romance I'd written and has a plethora of problems. Despite this, I won't do further editing as I'm putting my efforts into a full re-write. Author's note - Please be mindful of what you're saying when commenting. I'm happy with helpful criticism, spelling/grammar pointers, questions or simple chatter. However, a tirade of needless, unhelpful complaints and just outright rude commentary is not welcome. My stories are terrible first drafts, they're going to be riddled with issues, so just politely highlight if you feel there's a problem. I'll listen and likely take on board the criticism.
