A retelling of the Slavic tale of a girl meeting an enchanting, golden-haired dancer in the woods.

Lizabeta -Betty- Moravichka lives with her widowed mother in a cottage her father crafted for them. Everyday is the same: wake-up, herd their small flock of she-goats, gather flowers and herbs to sell, practice her lyre, and come home. When she meets a beautiful girl in the woods, who refuses to tell her where she came from, Betty is suspicious and must find out for herself who she is before it's too late.
